One of my favorite projects this year, and my favorite project for math this year would have to be my airbnb assignment. In my airbnb assignment I had to pick out a house, find costs for if I would buy or lease the house, what taxes would be like and maintenance costs. This assignment helped me learn about costs for all kinds of things like taxes and maintenance. The reason this is my favorite assignment for math is because even though I still have math aspects to it, most of it was me creating an airbnb and doing it was really fun because I got to choose almost everything about the assignment. The reason this fits into math is because to find information like the total cost of taxes I would have to use math to calculate. I also had to use math to find what would happen to my tax after other things like federal income tax, state income tax and social security. After all of this I also had to add all of living in the county, maintenance, and all of the insurance which is a lot of math.
